It was a first Friday of the July and I joined Inter Compassion Charities, Inc. at the Ronald McDonald’s House for a Cook-A-Meal event where we cooked and served food to families who are staying at the Ronald McDonald’s House during their care for seriously ill children at the Rady’s Hospital. I must give a thumb up for the Ronald McDonald’s House for ditching the paper and plastic disposable plates for reusable plates and utensils. This was a green movement and I would encourage more of it.
